Our Clinical Community
At Bespoke Therapy Collective, we believe healing happens in relationship—within therapy, within teams, and within the systems that support thoughtful, ethical care.
Our clinicians are employees of Bespoke Therapy Collective, working within a shared clinical framework grounded in trauma-informed practice, nervous system awareness, relational safety, and ethical responsibility. This structure allows us to offer consistent, integrated care while honoring the individuality and lived experience each clinician brings to the work.
Every therapist here is part of a collective commitment: to show up with presence, humility, and deep respect for the people we serve.
Our Clinical Model
Bespoke Therapy Collective is led by Kedri R. Ladewig, LCSW, founder and clinical director. Kedri provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to ensure care remains attuned, reflective, and grounded in best practices for complex trauma.
Our model emphasizes:
-
Relational safety over hierarchy
-
Thoughtful pacing over productivity
-
Clinical depth over quick fixes
We believe strong systems support good therapy—and good therapy supports healing that lasts.

Clinical Supervision & Support
All clinicians at Bespoke Therapy Collective participate in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation as part of their role. Supervision here is not merely a requirement—it is a cornerstone of ethical care.
Supervision ensures:
-
Clinical decision-making is thoughtful and well-supported
-
Trauma work remains grounded and sustainable
-
Therapists have space for reflection, accountability, and growth
-
Clients benefit from layered care and shared clinical wisdom
Supervision at Bespoke is relational, reflective, and deeply human—centered on curiosity rather than compliance.
What This Means for You, as a Client
If you are working with a therapist at Bespoke Therapy Collective:
-
Your therapist is a W-2 clinician employed by the practice
-
Care is supported by shared clinical standards and oversight
-
Your therapist receives ongoing supervision and professional support
-
Your care is held within a cohesive, trauma-informed clinical system
You are always welcome to ask questions about supervision, clinical approach, or how care is structured. Transparency and collaboration are part of our commitment to you.
Our Commitment
Bespoke Therapy Collective exists to create a clinical home where:
-
Clients feel safe, respected, and deeply seen
