Frequently Asked Questions

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step—and it often comes with questions. Below are answers to some of the most common ones we hear at Bespoke Therapy Collective.

Therapy & Services

What kinds of therapy do you offer?
We specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults, including EMDR, somatic approaches, and relational therapy. We also offer adjunct EMDR for clients who are already working with another therapist, as well as EMDR intensives for those seeking a more focused or time-limited approach.

How do I know if therapy at Bespoke Therapy Collective is right for me?If you’re living with the effects of trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, or disconnection—or you’re seeking a grounded, supportive space—our approach may be a good fit. We begin with a consultation to explore your goals and ensure the work feels aligned.

Do you see children, teens, or couples?
We provide individual therapy for adolescents (ages 14 and older) and adults. We do not currently offer couples or family therapy, but we’re happy to provide referrals to trusted clinicians who specialize in those areas.

What is EMDR, and how can it help?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that supports the nervous system in reprocessing traumatic or overwhelming experiences. Clients often find EMDR helpful for trauma, anxiety, grief, and performance-related concerns.

Clinical Training & Supervision

Do you offer internships or supervision for new therapists?

Yes. We provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians in Colorado, as well as graduate-level internship placements. Training emphasizes trauma-informed, somatic, relational, and ethically grounded practice.

What does supervision at Bespoke Therapy Collective look like?

Supervision here is relational and reflective, not just administrative. We focus on ethics, nervous system awareness, case consultation, documentation, and the development of each clinician’s unique professional voice.

Community & Partnerships

What are co-location services?

Co-location services embed therapy directly within nonprofit and community-based organizations. Care is offered in spaces clients already trust—such as advocacy programs, housing services, or domestic violence agencies—reducing barriers to access.

How can my organization partner with Bespoke Therapy Collective?

Nonprofits and community organizations are welcome to reach out to explore partnership opportunities, including hosting interns or provisionally licensed clinicians on-site with full clinical supervision provided by Bespoke Therapy Collective.

Practical Questions

Do you accept insurance?
We are in-network with Medicaid and Medicare Part B, and paneled with select private insurers. For out-of-network plans, we can provide superbills for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and we’re happy to discuss this during your consultation.

What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on the service (individual therapy, EMDR intensives, adjunct EMDR) and the therapist. Limited sliding-scale spots may be available. All fees are reviewed during the consultation process so expectations are clear from the start.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on the service, clinical needs, and your location within Colorado.

Where are you located?

We are based in Colorado, serving the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Some services, including EMDR intensives and adjunct EMDR, may be available virtually to Colorado residents.
