Welcome-
I am so glad you found your way here.

I know what it’s like to lose sight of yourself in the dark—to feel disconnected from your body, unsure of who you are anymore, or to wonder if healing is even possible.

My life has been shaped not by one single event, but by layers of trauma: relational wounds, medical crises, spiritual disconnection, and the long, quiet ache of chronic illness. For years, I lived in survival mode—moving through the world disconnected from myself, unsure if I could ever feel safe or whole again.

I also know addiction, not as a clinical concept, but as something I’ve lived. I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own body, to question your relationships, your worth, and your very sense of identity.

In our work together, we move slowly and with care—always attending to what feels safe and possible for you.

Healing didn’t arrive all at once for me. Peace found me gradually, as I learned to listen to my body and rebuild trust with myself. That journey is what led me here. Counseling isn’t just my career—it’s my calling.

A Bit About Me

I work with people who are in the thick of it—survivors of trauma, those living with chronic illness or chronic pain, and people navigating grief, identity shifts, or disconnection from their bodies. Many of my clients are queer, disabled, or survivors of systems that told them they were “too much” or “not enough.”

I want you to hear this clearly: you are not broken.

I know what it’s like to be dismissed by medical professionals or gaslit in therapy spaces. My passion is creating a place where you feel believed, respected, and supported as you move at your own pace.

My lived experiences shape how I show up as a therapist—with humility, steadiness, and deep respect for each person’s autonomy and inner wisdom.

My Approach to Healing

My style is steady, grounded, and collaborative. I believe you already carry wisdom within you—my role is to help you access it gently and safely.

I integrate:

  • EMDR to support trauma recovery and nervous system regulation

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy to reconnect with body and self

  • ACT and DBT to build resilience and practical coping skills

  • Mindfulness and attachment-based practices to support grounding and relational healing

Together, we can:

  • Address the impacts of complex trauma and dissociation

  • Find steadiness in the midst of chronic illness or chronic pain

  • Reclaim identity and worth after experiences of abuse, oppression, or spiritual harm

  • Build tools for living with greater compassion, clarity, and connection

Final Thought

I am disabled. I am queer. I am a survivor. I know what it means to live with limitations and loss — and also what it means to find freedom in truth, connection, and reimagined strength.

Healing isn’t about becoming who you once were. It’s about becoming who you are now.

Let’s walk that path together.
