Welcome-
I am so glad you found your way here.

You might be noticing patterns in your relationships, feeling stuck in ways you can’t fully explain, or carrying emotions that feel difficult to manage or make sense of. Perhaps the ways you’ve coped in the past helped you get through, but no longer feel as supportive.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore these patterns, and begin making sense of your experiences with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Together, we can gently understand how your past has shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, while also creating space for something new.

Over time, this work can support a deeper connection to your thoughts, emotions, and body — and open the possibility for a way of living that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned.

A Bit About Me

I’m drawn to this work because I believe healing happens in relationship. Just as we can be shaped and wounded through connection with others, we can also experience repair, safety, and growth within it.

My role is to create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while remaining attuned to your pace and experience. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns and stories you carry, and how your past has shaped the way you see yourself, others, and the world.

My approach is shaped by both my clinical training and my earlier work in community-based settings, where I worked closely with families navigating complex life circumstances. This experience continues to inform my commitment to trauma-informed, relational, and holistic care — honoring both individual experiences and the broader systems that impact them.

My Approach to Healing

I approach therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we work to deepen awareness, build connection to your inner experience, and support healing at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

I integrate:

• Psychodynamic, narrative, and attachment-focused perspectives to explore patterns, meaning, and relational dynamics
• EMDR to support trauma processing and shift unhelpful core beliefs
• DBT skills, Polyvagal-informed approaches, and mindful self-compassion practices to strengthen emotional awareness, regulation, and connection

In our work together, we may:

• Explore patterns that feel difficult to shift
• Deepen understanding of your emotional and relational experiences
• Strengthen your ability to relate to yourself with compassion
• Build new ways of engaging in relationships and daily life

Areas of Focus

• Trauma and relational wounds
• Shame and self-criticism
• Anxiety, depression, and grief
• Spiritual identity and religious trauma
• Life transitions and questions of direction
• Boundaries, communication, and interpersonal patterns

Professional Background

• Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Colorado
• Trained in EMDR
• Informed by trauma-focused, psychodynamic, narrative, attachment-based, DBT, Polyvagal, and mindful self-compassion approaches
• Experience supporting healing of insecure attachment patterns using evidence-based approaches (including Level 1 Theraplay training, informing adolescent and adult attachment-focused work)

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned.
