Welcome-
I am so glad you found your way here.
You may be navigating the impact of trauma, questioning patterns in your relationships, or searching for a place where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. Many people arrive here feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready for something to shift.
My work is grounded in mindfulness and compassion. Together, we create space to explore your experiences with curiosity and care, moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone different — it’s about reconnecting with your own inner wisdom, voice, and sense of possibility.
Payton Adams, Clinical Intern
A Bit About Me
My path into this work is rooted in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology, traditions that emphasize mindfulness, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. These perspectives shape how I approach therapy — creating space for curiosity, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
I believe healing often begins with simply having a place where you can show up honestly. In our work together, I aim to offer a steady, compassionate presence where your experiences can be explored without judgment.
Alongside my clinical training, I currently work within the domestic violence field, supporting individuals who are navigating abuse, trauma, and the complex process of reclaiming safety and autonomy. This work has deepened my commitment to trauma-informed care and to honoring the pace at which healing unfolds.
My Approach to Healing
I approach therapy as a collaborative and compassionate process, guided by the understanding that healing happens at the pace of trust.
My work integrates mindfulness and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with their inner experience and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
I integrate:
• Mindfulness-based practices to build awareness and self-compassion
• Trauma-informed therapy to support nervous system regulation and safety
• Relational exploration to better understand patterns in relationships and identity
In our work together, we may:
• Explore patterns of people-pleasing and boundary challenges
• Process experiences of trauma and relational harm
• Strengthen connection to your inner voice and personal values
• Develop tools for grounding, self-regulation, and resilience
My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you move toward greater self-understanding and healing.
