Colorado Telehealth and Virtual Online Counseling
Our office is in Centennial, and our clients are not all near it. We see adults across Colorado by video: the Western Slope, the Springs, the mountain towns, the eastern plains, and plenty of people twenty minutes away who would simply rather not drive. The work itself does not change.
An option that works for you
Telehealth and virtual counseling give you access to mental health in a way that's private and accessible.
It fits in a real day
A session between meetings, on a lunch break, or once the house is finally quiet. No half day built around a fifty minute appointment.
Therapy in the room you are already in
Chronic illness, a new baby, no childcare, a body that does not want to be in public today. None of it has to cancel the session.
It's a gift to your nervous system
No need to hurry from one place to the next. Click a button and get care. Avoid the hassles of commuting and getting perfectly ready.
How Online Counseling Works at Bespoke Therapy Collective
3
EMDR works on screen
Remote EMDR is well established, using on-screen bilateral stimulation or guided self-tapping. Whether it suits your situation is a clinical judgment made with you, not a technical one.
The therapy that works is the one you can actually get to. For a lot of people living across Colorado, that means not going anywhere.
Finding a virtual counselor
Same work, different room - yours.
Same clinicians, same methods
EMDR, parts work, somatic work, and skills-based work all translate. Nothing in our services is in-person only.
Your own space helps
Being somewhere your body already recognizes as safe can make hard material easier to approach, not harder.
Privacy is on you
We can control our end. Yours needs a door, and a plan for what happens if someone in the house comes looking.
Give yourself cushion space to land
There is no drive home to decompress in with virtual counseling. Leaving fifteen minutes for yourself after a session does real work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does online therapy actually work as well?
For most adults and most trauma work, the research does not show a meaningful gap. The bigger predictor is whether you and your therapist fit, which is the same thing that predicts it in person.
What do I actually need?
A private space, a device with a camera, and internet that holds video. Headphones improve both privacy and audio more than anything else you could add. No special software to buy.
What if my connection drops mid-session?
It happens, and it is planned for. Your therapist will agree a backup with you at the start, usually a phone call, so a dropout is an interruption rather than the end of the session.
